Absolutely! Remember to choose the subscription option on our product pages and indicate how often you would like to receive it - once every 30 / 45 / 60 days. You even save 10% on your subscription orders, isn’t that great? And if you change your mind, want to edit or even cancel future orders, you can easily do that at no extra charge
We are a gender-inclusive brand and some of our products work equally well on both men’s & women’s skin despite their differences. Everyone, regardless of gender, could use gentle cleansing, hydration and SPF. We also have an exclusive BASICS bundle for Him which can be the perfect start for your husband, brother, father, friend, or colleague. It’s great as a gift too! Have a look at it here.
Children’s skin tends to be more sensitive. It doesn’t need too much cleaning until about 6 months. Introduce natural ingredients slowly and watch how the skin reacts. While all our products are harmful-chemicals free, some ingredients like sugar and salt scrubs can be abrasive on their skin.
You can consider using Heal bar soap - it is mild and a gentle cleanser for everyday use. Gram Glam can be used as a natural body wash / scrub too. Older kids could also use our bath salts and lip scrubs. If you are having a spa party at home or looking for interesting favors we take custom orders too. We’d love to be a part of your celebrations.
Our founder strongly believes that getting kids started on a natural self-care journey early on establishes a very strong foundation for future (and $$ savings on expensive products). Our workshops are perfect for young adults, these can also be private sessions if you need.
That’s wonderful! We have a Return & Earn program, where you can return our empty containers and earn store credit to redeem on future purchase. You can read all the information here. However due to logistical limitations, this program is applicable for Singapore residents only. For everyone else, we strongly recommend you to upcycle and reuse these containers or recycle them in your country.
We offer a wide range of Vegan bath-skincare products. Check out our Vegan Range here. However, we are not a 100% vegan brand, and use animal-based natural ingredients on some of our products.
We handcraft all products in small batches to ensure fresh and effective bath-skincare formulations for your overall wellness. The shelf-life of our products are as follows-
1. Bar Soaps: Best before 10 months from manufacture
2. Bath Salts: Best before 12 months from manufacture
3. Face Masks: Best before 12 months from manufacture
4. Exfoliants: Best before 12 months from manufacture
5. Face Toner: Best before 18 months from manufacture
All relevant info will also be mentioned on each product’s label
Both salt & sugar scrub provides a lot of benefits to your skin. If your skin feels more sensitive, itchy, or dry, you may go for a sugar scrub. If your skin feels rough and has lots of dark patches & dead skin, you may go for a salt scrub. You could also alternate between both… never too much! Explore our exfoliants and see what suits your skin needs best.
Here are our 3 reasons why:
- Premixed masks with aqua (water) require heavy preservatives to prevent bacteria and fungi growth. Dry masks means we can formulate without having to use any preservative.
- Some ingredients in a premixed mask can lose its efficacy over a period of time. Dry ingredients which are activated only at the time of application ensure great results from the first till the last time you use the product.
- You can customize! Use fun ingredients to activate your mask - honey, yogurt, hydrosols, oils, fruit purees and so on
Delivery & Shipping FAQs
Yes, we do have international shipping. Please note - international delivery is currently available for all non-liquid products ONLY.
Just leave your details at checkout and your order will be on its way. However, please keep in mind country regulations, customs requirements and so on can delay your delivery. While we will fulfill our shipping policy, we are unable to take responsibility for any other unforeseen delays
All orders are sent through tracked couriers. Below fee is for delivery to a single address
- Local Singapore delivery fee is $5. Free delivery for orders above $80
- International delivery fee is $30. Free delivery for orders above $200
Once your order is placed and payment is received, we ship within 1-3 days. You will receive email notifications at each step including tracking code so you know the exact status. Expect your order to be delivered 2-3 days locally and longer internationally post shipping
We understand the urgency! Sometimes we just need the orders faster. We hear you. Express delivery options are available for both local and international orders. Leave us a message at checkout and we will get in touch with you to arrange the same.
Please note - express deliveries are charged extra on a case basis.
If you want to place bulk orders, corporate or wedding gifts, you can drop us an email and we will get back to you at the earliest. Depending on your order size and value, we will advise on shipping methods and cost.
Return & Cancellation FAQs
We have a 15-day return policy, in case of damaged / incorrect orders, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Leave us a message and we will help you resolve the issue
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be eligible for a refund.
Custom orders, gifts and sale items cannot be returned.
Once your return order is processed and we have received all items, you can choose to make an alternate purchase or receive store credits that can be redeemed in future.
Cash refunds will not be possible to fulfill
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled. If there is any issue, don’t hesitate to leave us a message and we will get in touch. While we can’t guarantee anything, we want your experience to be top-notch. Our team will do the best they can and help you. Your patience and understanding in such matters is always appreciated.
We are unable to process any returns unless the order received is damaged / incorrect. We encourage you to try the products received, your skin will love them. These also make great gifts in case you are unable to use it for the intended purpose.
